James A. Polk, of Polk Associates, LLC provides consulting and appraisal services to private clients and commercial enterprises. Jim joined the American Society of Appraisers in 1997 and earned his Accredited Senior Appraiser credentials in 1999. He has over 30 years of experience testifying in both civil and criminal judicial proceedings.
From Tehachapi, California, Gary has worked 30 years as an electrician, vocational instructor and Vintag Camper Trailer Boot Camp Instructor. He is the owner of Vintage Trailer Rescue. He has personally rescued nearly 100 vintage trailers.
Johnnie Meier, better known as Johnnie V, is one of New Mexico's most respected experts on vintage road culture. He is a former president of the New Mexico Route 66 Association and led a bold project to restore 9 prominent neon signs along Route 66 from Gallup to Tucamcari. His dedication to the history of early motor travel in New Mexico is unmatched. Johnnie owns the Classical Gas Museum in Embudo, NM. He'd love to have you stop by.
Johnnie will be speaking about Route 66 in New Mexico with an emphasis on the 1926-1936 alignment which brought the road through Santa Fe. Along that alignment and near our building one can find the infamous La Bajada. La Bajada is an escarpment that Route 66 climbed. It was the most treacherous section of the entire road. It was steep, rough, narrow and had hairpin turns over the lava rock. It took a full day to get up the hill
Ward Chandler is the founder of Airstream Hunter, a buy/sell group and online marketplace for pre-owned Airstream travel trailers.
A trained portrait artist, Elizabeth Jose moved from London, England to Taos in 2005. Following in the tradition of the Taos masters, she painted her first landscape en Plein Aire. Since moving Stateside, Jose has developed a deep love for the big skies and landscapes of the Southwest. Since buying and restoring a vintage Airstream trailer, her travels with her easel take her to remote spots and places of outstanding natural beauty.
Jose has become well known for her paintings of shiny Airstream trailers set in gorgeous locations, as well as vintage vehicles, landscapes and the people of the Southwest. As a serial Airstream owner, four of which have been vintage, Mona is now the proud owner of a 2019 Globetrotter. She joined the Airstream Club 10 years ago and is currently serving as the club’s International President. She is the first woman to serve in that roll in the club’s 64 year history. Mona will work to ensure the Club is positioned to engage current and future Airstream owners while retaining the rich heritage of travel, friendship and adventure inspired by Wally Byam.
Paul & Caroline Lacitinola
Paul and Caroline Lacitinola publish the Vintage Camper Trailers Magazine, have authored two books about the hobby and host the Trailerfest rallies and Boot Camp events.
In 1998, Forrest Bone resurrected the Tin Can Tourists, which was founded in 1919, as an all make and model vintage trailer and motor coach club. TCT has grown to over 2,000 members with 44,000 Facebook followers.

Denny is the owner and chief designer at So Cal Vintage Trailer. With a style that merges mid-mod with tech and a bit of old school, Denny and the So Cal team design and build some of the country’s most sophisticated vintage trailers.
Denny grew up in a family of builders and designers, studied art and business and has had a life-long love for modern furniture and architecture. One of his goals for client projects is to create a look and feel that could have come out of a New York or Milan design studio in the 50’s or 60’s embedded with stealthy tech, materials, safety and efficiency upgrades to support modern lifestyles and sensibilities.
Located in the working waterfront on San Diego Bay in the historic Barrio Logan neighborhood, So Cal Vintage has been designing and building custom vintage trailers for recreational, hospitality and commercial clients for over ten years.
Nomad Mobile Motor Lodge was founded by residential architect and longtime vintage Airstream enthusiast Michael Vallen. As the owner of multiple vintage Airstreams, Michael envisioned Nomad as a business that would allow him to restore and rent a small number of meticulously restored vintage Airstreams to individuals, groups and businesses.
